Fees

30 / 60 minutes legal consultations are available for clients who require only precise answers to their questions or advice on whether it is advisable to pursue a case.


If you wish to hire us, we shall first define together your needs and how we can assist you. The terms and conditions of invoicing and the amount of fees are then fixed by mutual agreement before any legal service is provided.

1. Retainer

You will be asked for a deposit so that we can start working.

 

2. Hourly-rate fee

You are informed of our hourly rate and the foreseeable number of hours the lawyer intends to spend on your case.

3. Flat-rate fee

This is a global amount determined beforehand to deal with the whole case.


4. Success- fee

Depending on the case, an additional fee may be agreed in addition to the minimum fee (time-based or flat rate). This fee for results is precisely determined in our terms and conditions

Company Formation package

This package is designed to simplify the decision-making process leading to the creation of the company, the choice of the management, the registration and the procedures with the commercial register

It includes:

General Conditions package

This package allows the client to establish its general conditions and specific online conditions in relation to its activity.

It includes :

  • Audit of the activity
  • Drafting of your general terms and conditions / online terms and conditions / e-commerce website terms and conditions


Debt Collection package

This package enables the client to obtain payment of outstanding debts as soon as possible.

It includes:

  • Payment reminders
  • Notice of default
  • Conditional payment order


Social Secretarial package

It allows you to hire new employees, register them with the CCSS. It includes :

  • Registration of new employees
  • Drafting of employment contracts
  • Registration of the entrepreneur
  • General legal advice when hiring new employees

Legal advice and litigation package

This package allows you to benefit, each month from legal advice on labour law, company law, commercial law, immigration law and tenancy law for the duration of the subscription, and for a certain amount of hours per month. It includes:

  • Review / amendment of contracts
  • Advice on hiring non-EU workers
  • Advice on commercial leases
  • Advice on regulatory obligations related to your business
